Rava's Italian troops in Africa EL ALAMEIN 54mm. This is a superb illustration.

Rava the great box artist of Italeri and a friend of mine. After an early life in the Carabinieri he became an artist of the military. He also has two figure ranges; one in 15mm and one in 42 mm (Teutonic knights). Prints available and these are superb. Contact for details.

THE POSE IS FIRING A MACHINE GUN FROM THE HIP. THIS SHOULD BE THE BEGINNING OF A F.F.L SERIES CALLED "THE ATTACK AT THE EXCAVATIONS" AS IN THE FILM. AFTER WE WILL BE DOING GERMANS IN RUSSIA . THIS WILL BE A NEW TWIST.
